Privacy

Its too much, we can't stand it - busybodies want to stick their noses into everyone's business and into every aspect of our lives. We do not support this tyranny. We don't gossip or talk about our friends and customers. No communications between us, no information about your purchases, no information about who you are and where you live etc etc etc shall ever go beyond us. Consider very carefully who you vote for and what they really stand for, far too many of them are chipping away at our rights and our privacy.

Shipping your order

We ship Priority Mail which generally arrives in 2 - 5 days after it leaves us. Unforeseen problems within the post office system are rare these days, but they can occasionally occur and are beyond our control. Every package that leaves here has tracking and delivery confirmation capabilities. We carefully pack everything, and two humans check every order to ensure that its perfect, and that all products are in the package. Each package is sealed with a kiss.

Returns

Because of the vibrational nature of these products there can be no returns. Their vibration could be impacted and we could not resell or reuse them. Please don't just send something back assuming we'll cave in and accept it because that won't happen. Please shop carefully.

Lost Packages

The post office is very good these days, but occasionally something we ship falls in a black hole and its never seen again. Postal regulations and our insurance company won't accept a claim until its been 21 days. If we file a claim we need you to 1) contact us first, then you'll 2) snail mail a letter with your signature (they won't accept an email) When you contact us via email we'll provide more details.

Damaged Packages

This doesn't happen very often but occasionally a package gets sat on by an elephant. We need to know within 2 days after you received the damaged box. We'll need you to send a letter with your signature describing the damage. When you contact us via email we'll provide all the details about how to proceed.

Wholesale Orders

We love them ! We ask that you write to us on company letterhead and tell us about yourself and your business. Please provide your resale number. We'll send you a wholesale price list and set up a confidential file for your business. All wholesale orders need to be prepaid. Send your letter to:
